Trails End Popcorn - 2007
NEWS FLASH! The Twin Arrows District once again had and outstanding popcorn sales campaign. Districts Packs and Troops sold a whopping $357,470 for a 7.07 % increase over last year. District Units will have over $125,114.50 to put into their programs. In addition, District Cubs and Scouts will receive over $15,546 in additional prizes for their sales efforts. All the Units in the District did an awesome job this year, but we would like to recognize our top Pack seller, Pack 911 with $20,480 in sales and our top Troop seller, Troop 935 with $12,470. Additionally, 10 Packs who sold over $10,000 – SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! For all the results click here. This year’s Popcorn Chairman, Bernie Nally, is really pumped over the outstanding sales. Three straight years of outstanding growth will be a hard act to follow as Bernie moves over the Membership Committee and leaves Popcorn Sales behind. Bernie says he will be pulling for $400,000 plus next year and that he will recruit enough new Scouts to pull it off. Congratulations to all on a successful fundraiser campaign for your Unit. Hopefully this will allow your Pack/Troop Committees to truly “deliver the promise” to your Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Thanks for all your efforts and hard work.
